M1 Properties specializes in home and land listings and sales in the Greater Palm Springs Area, otherwise known as the Coachella Valley.  We know that real estate is the most important investment decision you will make, and having M1 Properties represent your interests in your desert real estate decision could be critical.  We use technology, continuous training, local market knowledge, and enhanced negotiation skills to deliver a superior service to our clients.

Michael Pins is the Managing Broker of M1 Properties.  He has 10 plus years of experience as the principal in a bond firm in New York and 6+ years as a licensed real estate agent and broker here in the desert.  This experience helps M1 Properties to appreciate the importance of discretion, execution, and fiduciary duties.  Michael is a former Staff Sergeant and Avionics System Specialist for the US Air Force and has a BSBA in Finance from the University of Denver.  Michael enjoys running, biking and golf.

Jeremy Metz is a licensed salesperson and came to the desert in 2007 from Des Moines, Iowa, where he worked for Meredith Corporation.  Jeremy has a BA in Advertising-Management from Drake University, an MBA from Iowa State University and is currently working on a Certificate in Advanced Project Management from Stanford University.  Jeremy enjoys hockey, school and traveling.

Jeremiah Babe is a licensed salesperson and has been selling real estate in the desert for 4+ years.  Born in Chicago, Jeremiah has spent the majority of his life in Southern California.  Jeremiah enjoys fitness, networking and the beach.
