Michael Pins is the Managing Broker of M1 Properties. He has 10 plus years of experience as the principal in a bond firm in New York and 6+ years as a licensed real estate agent and broker here in the desert. This experience helps M1 Properties to appreciate the importance of discretion, execution, and fiduciary duties. Michael is a former Staff Sergeant and Avionics System Specialist for the US Air Force and has a BSBA in Finance from the University of Denver. Michael enjoys running, biking and golf.
Jeremy Metz is a licensed salesperson and came to the desert in 2007 from Des Moines, Iowa, where he worked for Meredith Corporation. Jeremy has a BA in Advertising-Management from Drake University, MBA from Iowa State University and is currently working on a Certificate in Advanced Project Management from Stanford University. Jeremy enjoys hockey, school and traveling.
